AMENDING
IN POSITION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE FORM OF VISA, ORDER AND CONDITIONS OF ITS PREPARATION AND ISSUANCE, RENEWAL, recovery in case of loss,
and cancellation VISA
Government of the Russian Federation decrees:
Amend Regulations on the Establishmentvisa forms, procedure and conditions of its registration and issuance, renewal, recovery in case of loss, and cancellation visa, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation from June 9, 2003N 335 (Laws of the Russian Federation, 2003, N 24, Art. 2329, 2007, N 41, Art. 4903, 2009, N 1, Art. 148; N 20, Art. 2462, 2010, N 10, art. 1086 ; N 17, art. 2101), the following changes:
a) to add paragraph 29 (1) read as follows:
"29 (1).Foreign citizens entering the Russian Federation as a highly qualified professional to conduct negotiations with the employer or customer of works (services) and employment contract or a civil contract for works (services), information aboutwhich as a highly skilled posted on the official website of the Federal Migration Service issued ordinary single entry business visa for up to 30 days based on a written proposal of the employer or client works (services) on entry into the Russian Federation forrelevant negotiations in confirming the availability of funds for their stay in the Russian Federation and the exit from the Russian Federation at the end of the permitted period of stay.

if the application of the employer or client works (services) to attract this foreign citizen as a highly qualified professional single ordinary business visa is issued to such foreign national shall be annulled at the same time he issuedOrdinary working visa for the duration of the employment contract or a civil contract for works (services), but no more than 3 years from date of entry of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation, followed by extension of validity of this visaregional office of the Federal Migration Service at the place of migration registration at the place of stay for the duration of the employment contract or a civil contract for works (services), but no more than 3 years for each such renewal.";
b) to add paragraph 35 (1) read as follows:
" 35 (1).Foreign citizens entering the Russian Federation as a highly qualified specialist on the basis of invitations to diplomatic or consular mission of the Russian Federation issued ordinary working visa for the duration of the contract orcivil contract for works (services), but no more than 3 years from date of entry of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation, followed by extension of validity of this visa regional office of the Federal Migration Service at the place ofmigration registration at the place of stay of a foreigner for the duration of the employment contract or a civil contract for works (services), but no more than 3 years for each such extension. ".
