APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CERTIFICATE OF NON-
HIV INFECTION MADE BY FOREIGN CITIZENS AND PERSONS WITHOUT CITIZENSHIP IF THEY APPLY
FOR VISA FOR ENTRY INTO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION TO MORE THAN THREE MONTHS

 

In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 10 of the Federal Law "OnPrevention of the Spread in the Russian Federation, the disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) "(Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 1995, № 14, Art. 1212) The Government of the Russian Federation decrees:

1.To approve the attached "Requirements" to the certificate of absence of HIV infection imposed by foreign nationals and stateless persons in their applying for a visa to enter Russia for more than three months.
2.Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation to bring the requirements for a certificate of absence of HIV infection imposed by foreign citizens and persons without citizenship if they apply for a visa to enter Russia for more than three months, to the attention of foreigndiplomatic and consular missions and representatives of international organizations accredited in the Russian Federation.

CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS

ABSENCE OF HIV INFECTION TO BE MET BY FOREIGN CITIZENS
AND PERSONS WITHOUT CITIZENSHIP IF THEY APPLY
FOR VISA FOR ENTRY INTO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION TO MORE THAN THREE MONTHS

 

1.The certificate must contain:
passport data or document data, substituting (name surveyed, day, month and year of birth; N passport or its equivalent, permanent or country of residence);
information about the planned period of stay in RussiaFederation;
information on the current study of blood for HIV - infection (date of the study, signed physician who performed the study, a series of diagnostics, with which conducted the study, printing facilities, where research produced the signature of the surveyed).

2.Certificate filled out in Russian and English and is valid for three months from the date of the study.
